It was a little far from the city, but they provided a shuttle bus service. the facilities in the hotel were amazing, especially the pool. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. the hotel staff provided superb service, from their baggage handling to their polite greetings during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the buffet breakfast, which offered a mix of Western and Japanese foods. the hotel offered a great experience for couples seeking relaxation and luxury.

I had a great time at this hotel and really appreciated the various amenities offered. The free shuttle bus from the city center was a convenient way to reach this hotel, which is located in a serene and scenic rural environment. From here, I could enjoy cycling with the free bikes provided and even spot some majestic birds of prey looking for fish in the nearby lake/river. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a wonderful onsen complex with patisserie shop and restaurants. Breakfast here was notably tasty and affordable. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating towards me and my family.

Reasonably priced hotel, convenient location, comfortable rooms, and free shuttle service to the nearest station. The onsen facilities are fantastic and perfect for relaxation after a long day at work. Food is delicious and there's a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel staff doesn't speak fluent English, which can be a bit difficult for international guests. The policies regarding dress code in certain areas of the hotel can be confusing. a great option for business travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with excellent facilities for relaxation.

We had a fantastic time at this place. The hotel provided excellent facilities for families with children, including a wonderful swimming pool and a large grassland where the kids could play. The breakfast was reasonably priced and of great quality. We also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus service, which made it easy to get to and from the hotel. Moreover, the room was spacious and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the warm bath. Although we didn't get to use the pool and spa ourselves due to our baby's age, it was great to have those amenities available. Additionally, the hotel had a coined laundry room, which was a very useful feature.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel shuttle service was really helpful for getting around and saved us time and money. The breakfast options were really varied and had something for everyone. The pool was a great place to relax and enjoy some time in the sun.
The hotel lacked some charm and didn't feel particularly unique. The decor was slightly outdated and could have used some refreshing.
